Grievance Redressal

Level 1

Om Financial Services India Limited has a dedicated helpline no: 9554954081 to address the complaints / grievances of a borrower. A designated team is established to record the queries / grievances from the borrowers and make sure those are resolved by the concerned authority on a priority basis. The helpline number is available with all District Coordinators and team. Besides that, there is a “Complaint Register" is available at Office of Om Financial Services India Limited for the borrowers to drop their queries/suggestions.
